Spain After being awarded like the
best building of the European Union in
2001(Contemporary Architecture Award - European Union
" Mies Van der Rohe "), the Palace of
Congresses " Kursaal " in San Sebastian
receives the first prize by the Biennial of
Architecture - Spain and its author, the well known
